Dr. Ajay Godse is a trained pulmonary and sleep medicine physician.
Presently, he works at the Department of Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine in the
300 bed
multispecialty tertiary care
Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Institute at Mira Road, Mumbai
Metropolitan Region.
He has over 20 years of clinical experience in the management of various pulmonary
disorders.
He has completed his medical graduation (MBBS) from Grant Medical College and Sir J J
Group of Hospitals, Mumbai.
During his post-graduation (MD) in Chest Medicine from Seth G.S
medical college and K.E.M hospital, Mumbai, he has acquired specialized training in Pulmonary
Intensive Care and Fibre-Optic Bronchoscopy.
He has also worked as an expert for the Revised National
Tuberculosis Control Program (RNTCP) for 3 years (2001-2004) at KEM hospital, Mumbai.
International Training and Fellowship
He has been recognised as an International Sleep Disorders Specialist by the World Sleep Society in 2023.
He has been trained at Emory Sleep Center, Atlanta, USA under the guidance of Dr. Nancy Collop, MD President of American Academy of Sleep Medicine then and was awarded the International Fellowship in Sleep Medicine by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) in 2012.
Additionally, he has been awarded with Diploma in Pediatric Sleep Medicine, training conducted in association with Children's Hospital Colorado, University of Colorado, USA in 2022.
